The rainbow coordinators

Our "Rainbow" coordinating team consists of 11 students (mostly undergraduates) who raise an impressive $200,000 annually to make Camp Kesem possible. Along with selecting and training 60+ Stanford student volunteers to serve as counselors during camp and developing a week’s worth of programming to entertain and enchant children of various ages, our core team works year-round to constantly improve and expand the magic of camp.

Under this experienced guidance, the coordinating team and counselors learn the value and reward of determination, initiative, team-work and experience the joy of loving their work.  Camp Kesem develops remarkable leaders.  But most uniquely it provides a profound framework for learning compassionate leadership.
